Soft fullness that grows and shrinks with your weight is often called pseudogynecomastia. It usually responds to liposuction alone, which also lets Dr. Fayad shape the edges of the chest.

Mostly Gland

A firm disc behind the nipple is gland tissue, and weight loss will not move it. It is removed through a small incision at the lower edge of the areola, where the scar tends to blend in.

A Mix of Both

Many adult men have some fat and some gland. Liposuction contours the chest first, then the firm tissue under the nipple is removed through the same small opening.

Loose Skin After Weight Loss
