What a Scarless Eyelid Lift Does

A scarless eyelid lift, also called scarless blepharoplasty, softens puffy lower lids and the tired look they give the face without an incision line on the outer skin. When the bags come from fat pushing forward under the eye, that fat can be reached from the inside of the lower lid, so the eyelid skin itself is left untouched.

Wissam Fayad, MD, Cosmetic Surgeon

Dr. Fayad founded VIA Health & Medspa in Chandler and performs our cosmetic procedures himself. He earned his MD in 1998, trained in internal medicine at Wright State University and completed a fellowship at Stanford University School of Medicine.
